Order processing time: Please review the availability information on each item page, noted in the top section of the item details. Some items will ship out within 2-3 business days, others in 8-10 business days, whereas some custom gift items may take up to 6 weeks. Make sure to review each item page for more specific information. Once your order does ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Options: Whenever possible, we use UPS. You can choose from three different shipping options depending on the urgency of your order, and each have a flat rate associated with them.

Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping Options:

We ship orders via UPS 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii for a flat fee of $49.95.

We no longer ship orders to Canada.

We ship orders to Puerto Rico via UPS Ground for a flat fee of $25.95.

We ship orders to US Military Bases via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $14.95.

For all other international orders, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Please note: With international shipments, including military bases, lead times may be increased by 4-5 business days. In addition, duties or tariffs imposed by countries outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer.
